Welcome

The Adriatic's lost gem

While the tour buses pile up along the Croatian coast, Premuda stays a genuine secret: one of the most remote inhabited islands of the Zadar archipelago, barely nine kilometres long, ringed by clear water and scented with pine, sage and olive. No mass tourism, no rows of hotels, no souvenir shops — just a single village, a handful of bays and a horizon that belongs to the sea.

This site is first of all a guide to the island and what you can do here — diving, walking, swimming, exploring by boat. The house is the practical part: a simple, spacious base for groups, families and school trips who want to actually be outside.

The House

Barefoot in the morning, all together in the evening

Big enough that everyone has their own space — open enough that you all come together. Air-conditioned, with a kitchen inside and out, a long terrace and scooters that get you to the far end of the island in twenty minutes. Families, friends, clubs, school trips: if you want to travel together and actually be somewhere, this is it. (Floor areas are indicative; details on request.)
